When we focus on what we do not like

Earlier this week I shared a new shoulder workout with you! It was something I have been doing during my distal Bicep Tear Repair recovery.

I typically focus on BODY WEIGHT exercises but post surgery, those intense body weight exercises I have loved for so many years (like Tricep Dips, pull ups, chin ups, push ups and RING work) is off limits until I hit the 6 month recovery mark. So in this workout, I shared a light weight workouts.
