Green Banana Nut Smoothie


  • 1 banana
  • 1 -2 cups of chopped kale or spinach
  • 2 Tbsp. of peanut butter (or your favorite nut butter)
  • 1 – 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup of oat milk (or your favorite type of milk)
  • 10 – 12 ice cubes

How to make it:

Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender (we used a Vitamix), blend until smooth and enjoy!
