Green Banana Nut Smoothie
- 1 banana
- 1 -2 cups of chopped kale or spinach
- 2 Tbsp. of peanut butter (or your favorite nut butter)
- 1 – 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup of oat milk (or your favorite type of milk)
- 10 – 12 ice cubes
How to make it:
Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender (we used a Vitamix), blend until smooth and enjoy!
