Thanksgiving week is always busy and can be stressful. Working out can help release your stress and help you feel better – but you might not have as much time as you usually do. Thanksgiving Week 100 Workout Challenge
  • 30 Jumping Jacks
  • 15 Push-ups
  • 20 Squats
  • 15 Mountain Climbers
  • 20 Alternate Leg Drops (10 each side)

We challenge you to do this once a day (or more if you’re up for it) for at least 5 days in the week leading up to Thanksgiving! Moving even just a little will help you feel better. Tag us when you try out the challenge on Instagram @VASAFITNESS.
